Company and product

Local AI Developer is a Botli LLC product and service offering. Payments and receipts are issued by Botli LLC. References to "Local AI Developer," "we," "us," or "our" mean Botli LLC doing business through the Local AI Developer product.

Website use

This website is for learning about Local AI Developer, using the build advisor, contacting us, and starting a paid build. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with site operation, or attempt to access private systems.

No guaranteed outcome

Local AI systems can support business workflows, research, drafting, organization, coding, content, website work, and other computer-based tasks. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, rankings, sales volume, business growth, legal outcomes, financial results, or error-free AI output.

AI output and human review

AI-generated work can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific situation. Clients remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and supervising AI-assisted work, especially before sending messages, publishing content, making purchases, changing accounts, relying on research, or making business decisions.

Third-party services

Builds may rely on third-party products and services such as ChatGPT, Google, Apple, Stripe, domains, hosting, APIs, phone/SMS services, software subscriptions, and other tools. Those services may have their own fees, limits, outages, terms, privacy rules, and account requirements. Unless stated in writing, third-party fees are not included.

Payment and scope

Package pricing covers the services described on the Packages page and any later written scope confirmation. Anything outside the agreed scope may require a change order, additional fees, a revised timeline, or a separate agreement.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In general, clients may cancel for a refund until onboarding is completed and the system specifications have been confirmed in writing. After the written confirmation email is sent, the client has 24 hours from the timestamp of that email to cancel in writing, subject to the policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Botli LLC and Local AI Developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; business interruption; third-party service failures; or client misuse of AI tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific build giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Botli LLC / Local AI Developer is not responsible for actions taken by AI systems, connected tools, automations, third-party services, or client-approved workflows unless caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or a material failure to deliver the agreed service.

Separate agreements

For Custom Build, Enterprise Build, unusual integrations, or high-risk workflows, we may require a more specific written scope, service agreement, or statement of work. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Updates

We may update these terms. The version posted on this website applies to website use and new orders placed after the update.
