Choose Standard Build
Best when you want an out-of-the-box Local AI System that is ready for you to start building systems and workflows with it. The device arrives installed, configured, documented, and ready for guided setup so you can begin turning repeatable business work into AI-assisted workflows.
Choose Custom Build
Best when you already know the workflows, systems, dashboards, websites, automations, or operating tools you want built. You give us the list, we scope and build the approved pieces, and the system arrives with those custom workflows pre-installed when you open the box.

Use the advisor or contact form first. The goal is to choose the package that matches the actual work, not to force a checkout before the scope makes sense.
Order
Start the build when you are ready.
Stripe checkout accepts US bank account payment only. ACH payments can take several business days to confirm; hardware ordering and setup begin only after Stripe shows the payment succeeded.
Standard BuildUSD 10,000 with Mac mini M4 hardware, Local AI System installation, ChatGPT via OAuth setup, standard configuration, manual, checklist, and first-week launch support.

Need a custom payment schedule? Contact us before ordering so scope, timing, and any additional processing costs can be confirmed in writing.
Launch support scheduling: The included support hours can be split however the client needs during the launch window: five one-hour sessions, one longer working session, shorter troubleshooting blocks, or a mix of training and fixes.
Custom payment schedules: If a buyer needs a different payment schedule, they should contact us before ordering so scope, timing, and any additional processing costs can be confirmed in writing.
Included hardware and software: Mac mini M4, standard power cable, Ethernet cable, local AI system installation, default ChatGPT via OAuth reasoning connection, and configured account/workflow setup. Display, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals can be added for an additional price. Apple shipping is currently around 2 weeks, but we can often procure new Mac minis through third-party distributors to save time and maintain a smoother delivery date. We do not control Apple inventory, distributor inventory, or carrier delays, so hardware shipping times can vary. Phone carrier/SIM service, paid software subscriptions, API usage, domain/hosting, and unusual procurement requirements are handled separately unless written into the final scope.
Recommended local AI connection: ChatGPT via OAuth is the best default for most clients because it is simple to authorize, predictable to manage, and gives the system access to the client's ChatGPT plan features within plan limits. As ChatGPT subscription features and models improve, the connection can benefit without rebuilding every workflow around a new API model name or billing setup. Direct Claude API, OpenAI API, or other API connections can still be added when a workflow truly needs them, but they usually require more technical configuration, usage-based billing, and more hands-on maintenance as models change.
