Service agreement and release.
This page describes the service relationship, client responsibilities, AI limitations, and approval rules for Local AI Developer builds.
Services
Local AI Developer provides done-for-you local AI system setup, configuration, documentation, training, launch support, and approved custom workflow implementation according to the selected package and written scope confirmation.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, required approvals, third-party accounts, subscriptions, payment provider information, business rules, examples, workflows, and final review of AI-assisted work.
Access and credentials
Client accounts should be connected only through approved secure methods. Clients should not send passwords, API keys, private documents, or sensitive account information through public website forms or the public advisor chat.
Approval-gated actions
Sensitive actions such as sending messages, emailing clients, publishing content, making purchases, changing accounts, booking appointments, issuing refunds, deleting data, or taking legal/financial/regulated actions should remain inside approved rules and human review unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI limitations
AI tools may produce mistakes, outdated information, incomplete work, biased output, code defects, broken links, inaccurate summaries, incorrect research, or unsuitable business recommendations. The client accepts responsibility for reviewing AI-assisted work before relying on it.
No professional advice
Local AI Developer does not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, or other licensed professional advice. Systems may support administrative, research, drafting, or organizational workflows, but professional review remains the client's responsibility.
Third-party systems
Local AI systems may connect to third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, pricing changes, account suspensions, API changes, model changes, provider errors, data loss, or policy changes by third-party services.
Custom scope and change orders
Custom workflows, unusual integrations, enterprise requirements, regulated workflows, or new software development must be defined in writing. Requests outside the confirmed scope may require additional fees, timeline changes, or a separate agreement.
Release and limitation
By purchasing or approving a build, the client acknowledges that AI systems require supervision and releases Botli LLC / Local AI Developer from claims arising from client misuse, unreviewed AI output, third-party service failures, business decisions, unsupported workflows, unauthorized account changes, or actions taken outside approved scope, except where prohibited by law.
Botli LLC / Local AI Developer is not responsible for actions taken by AI systems, connected tools, automations, third-party services, or client-approved workflows unless caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or a material failure to deliver the agreed service.
Delivery and support
Delivery timelines depend on payment status, hardware availability, onboarding completion, client responsiveness, access approval, technical complexity, and third-party service availability. Apple shipping is currently around 2 weeks, but Local AI Developer can often procure new Mac minis through third-party distributors to save time and maintain a smoother delivery date. Local AI Developer does not control Apple inventory, distributor inventory, carrier delays, or unusual procurement constraints, so hardware shipping times can vary. Included support is limited to the package terms or written scope confirmation. Additional support may be billed separately.
