Terms, service agreement, release, privacy, and refund summary

Local AI Developer is a Botli LLC product. Payments and receipts are issued by Botli LLC.
Local AI Developer builds installed local AI systems, configures approved workflows, and provides package-specific launch support. The exact services are limited to the selected package and later written scope confirmation.
No business result is guaranteed. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, search rankings, profit, legal outcomes, financial results, error-free AI output, or uninterrupted third-party services.
AI-generated work requires human review. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving messages, content, research, account changes, purchases, publishing, legal/financial/regulated work, and business decisions before relying on them.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, subscriptions, account approvals, workflow rules, examples, and timely responses. Third-party services such as ChatGPT, Google, Apple, Stripe, domains, hosting, APIs, phone/SMS services, and paid software may have separate costs, limits, terms, and outages.
Refunds are available until onboarding is completed and the agreed system specifications have been confirmed in writing. After the confirmation email is sent, the client has 24 hours from that email timestamp to cancel in writing. Refunds during the allowed window may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing, bank, wire, transaction, or third-party fees where allowed by law.
After the 24-hour confirmation window expires, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or if Botli LLC / Local AI Developer materially fails to deliver the agreed service.
Once hardware is ordered, configured, shipped, or custom work begins, refunds may be reduced or denied based on hardware costs, completed work, custom development, account setup, configuration, procurement, payment fees, and other non-recoverable expenses.
Custom Build and Enterprise Build work may require discovery, workflow mapping, custom configuration, development, and written scope approval. Anything outside the confirmed scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Botli LLC and Local AI Developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; business interruption; third-party service failures; client misuse; or unreviewed AI output.
Botli LLC / Local AI Developer is not responsible for actions taken by AI systems, connected tools, automations, third-party services, or client-approved workflows unless caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or a material failure to deliver the agreed service.
